Hi and welcome to the wonderful world of blogging. I am a fellow HCPL employee and wondering as a new owner of rabbits for my daughters ag project why rabbits are fun?
We started out with 5 rabbits 2 Champagne D'Argent and 3 Californians. Unfortunatly our very first day we lost the Champagne's due to the heat! My daughter was going to show them in the breeding division of her high school livestock show. The Californians are for a meat pen in the hs livestock show. Breeding time will be around the 22nd of October. Birthdays will be around Thanksgiving. The Livestock show is January 31st. I'll go look. You really do have rabbits. Don't know if I could have a rabbit the was meant for the table. I kind of like my livestock on the hoof so to speak.

I had a pet rabbit for a number of years. They are cute and really have personalities. I hope you enjoy the rabbits. What kind do you have?
